Understanding Pelvic Pain
- The sacroiliac joint can only become blocked, twisted, or dislocated by severe trauma
- Posterior pelvic tilt is normal, and does not cause pain for the majority of people (Reference)
- Posterior pelvic tilt does not necessarily lead to low back pain
